The rape would have occurred on March 30, when she –according to the American foreigner– she went to a physiotherapy session.

The woman directly pointed to the physical therapist of the Todos Santos DIF branch as her sexual aggressor, whom she described as «a person of Mexican nationality, dark hair, approximately 1.70 height and wears glasses.»
