San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur.- Regardless of the fact that the FBI managed to find out that Daejhanae Jackson is the person who attacked and killed Shanquella Robinson, and Khali Cooke, the person, who recorded the video that went viral. The FBI is also investigating the omission and negligence of the Mexican authorities for all the series of contradictions in the case, so it is evident that they will put pressure on the Government of Mexico and the Government of Baja California Sur to determine the responsibilities of the other people who did not do their job well.
The people under investigation are:
1.- Carolina Beatriz «N», doctor at the American Medical Center (AMC).
2.- Los Cabos Municipal Police officers, Omar «N» and David «N».
3.- The agent of the Public Ministry of the PGJE, Julio Daniel «N».
N= Last name withheld for security purposes.
The death of the young American, according to a copy of a police report obtained in a MetropoliMx investigation, was reported three hours after the femicide, around 6 p.m. on October 29.

When the Los Cabos Municipal Police officers arrived as first respondents, Omar «N» and David «N» aboard patrol car DS-777 they were received by the American Medical Center (AMC) clinic doctor, Carolina Beatriz «N». The Doctor, informed the police that at 2:13 p.m., she received a request of emergency services, for the young Shanquella Robinson, because that the victim had drunk a lot of alcohol and was not responsive. The doctor immediately channeled her with fluids thru IV.
The doctor , gave statement that she arrived an hour after receiving the call, around 3:15 p.m. she said she found a female person, that «… had a poor verbal response while drunk, with stable vital signs and dehydrated,» the doctor explained to the police, that she advised her friends to transfer her to the clinic.
However, her friends refused and insisted that she be treated at the site.
According to the doctor, she proceeded to start an IV, at 4:20 p.m., she presented a generalized tonic-clonic seizure that lasted less than a minute with sphincter relaxation.
The friend of the alleged assailant, identified as Wenter Essece Donovan, dialed 911, requesting an ambulance, by that time, Shanquella Robinson, presents respiratory difficulties and a decrease in pulse.
The situation forced the doctor to give rescue breaths.
However, around 4:49 p.m., according to the doctor’s version, she stopped feeling her pulse and began CPR, with the help of one of her friends until the ambulance arrived and EMT continued with CPR sessions.
In summary, according to the doctor, she performed a total of 14 CPR sessions, applying 5 doses of adrenaline and 6 shocks without success, and with no pupillary reflexes.
Doctor Carolina Beatriz «N» declared the young American clinically dead at 5:57 p.m.
Subsequently, almost an hour after being declared dead, at 6:35 p.m., Julio Daniel “N”, the first responder proceeded to make a telephone connection through the C-2 to the Agent of the Public Ministry of the PGJE, He recounted the facts to start the filling of the corresponding reports (IPH). The officers waited for the arrival of the Investigative Ministerial Police to the scene.
It is known now, that the statement the doctor from the American Medical Center clinic made, is contradictory, with the information from the death certificate, stating that the time between injury and death was barely 15 minutes.
However, the doctor from the resort’s private clinic, gave a statement to the the police, that the victim died two hours and 45 minutes after having had the first contact with the victim.
Today it is known that authorities involved, allegedly lied to protect the image and reputation of the Cabo Villas complex in Puerto Los Cabos.
