San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur.– During the night of November 28, Daejhanae Jackson was arrested by Interpol agents, after a Control Judge issued an arrest warrant against her for the crime of femicide of Shanquella Robinson, murdered on October 29 in the Cabo Villas complex in this tourist destination.
Daejhanae Jackson was placed in federal custody, waiting for her to begin her extradition process to Mexico, where she will be formally accused of the femicide of the 25-year-old businesswoman.

The extradition process took between one and two weeks, resulting from the procedure that the Attorney General’s Office of Justice, carried out in the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic, and this in turn, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico.

Durante la noche del pasado 28 de noviembre, Daejhanae Jackson, fue arrestada por agentes de la Interpol, después de que un Juez de Control, librara orden de captura en su contra por el delito de feminicidio en agravio de Shanquella Robinson, asesinada el pasado 29 de octubre en el complejo de Cabo Villas en este destino turístico.
Daejhanae Jackson, quedó bajo custodia federal, en espera de que inicie su proceso de extradición hacia México, donde será formalmente acusada del feminicidio de la joven empresaria de 25 años.

El proceso de extradición tardara entre una y dos semanas, derivado del trámite que la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado, hizo en la Fiscalía General de la República, y esta a su vez, a la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México.
